Delivery FAQs

How We Deliver

  • Once your order has been placed, a confirmation email will be sent to your registered email. Our Merchant whom you made purchases from will subsequently contact you text message to confirm the delivery timing.
  • Do inform our customer service team via email or whatsapp us upon successfully receiving your parcel.
  • IslamicBazaar SG is not liable for any compensation or refunds for missing or damaged/broken items during transit. Kindly approach the Merchant on this issue.

Re-Delivery Attempts

  • In an event where there is nobody to receive the parcel, kindly contact the Merchant and make the necessary arrangements for the re-delivery. Additional charges may apply.

Delivery Time Frame

  • For Ready Stock:
    Delivery will be done by our Merchant delivery operator within 3-5 working days, depending on respective merchants.
  • For Pre-Order Stock:
    Delivery will be done within 14-28 working days, depending on respective merchants,

Delivery Charges

  • The charges varies from each respective merchants and it will be reflected during the checkout.

Non-Receive of Items

  • Kindly contact IslamicBazaar SG customer service team and email your purchase details to cs@islamicbazaar.sg if you do not receive your items within the stipulated date as informed by the Merchant. We will contact you within 3 working days.
