Cancellation Policy

Advisable to read this Policy together with the Islamic Bazaar Agreement with regard to the grounds when Islamic Bazaar may reasonably cancel an order.

Cancellation by Buyer

  1. Buyer have to contact Islamic Bazaar for the cancellation of the purchase within 2 hours
  2. Kindly email us at cs@islamicbazaar.sg for cancellations after 6pm and on weekends.
  3. Buyer also agrees to contact/liaise with Vendor directly on the cancellation of the delivery within the time stipulated.
  4. Repeated cancellations without proper cause/justification, which result in Islamic Bazaar being unable to comply with Islamic Bazaar Service Levels, shall entitle the Company to impose such penalties on such as provided for under the Islamic Bazaar

Cancellation made by Islamic Bazaar

Islamic Bazaar may cancel an order where there is inadequate stock to fulfil such order, where there will be unreasonable delay in sourcing of the Products or where the Product has been wrongly advertised or priced. In such instance, the Buyer:

    1. Will be notified of the cancellation via text or email
    2. Shall be entitled to a full refund

Return Policy

  1. Returns of products
    • Islamic Bazaar will accept refunds with a valid receipt for 3 days from the date of  delivery, whichever is later. Payment will be refunded through your personal bank account.
    • The refund is exclusive of delivery charges. Please note that the normal processing time for the refund request is 10 – 14 working days from the date of request.
  1. Returns/Refunds can be arranged under the following circumstances:
    • If any Product has been delivered in a damaged condition, or if a Product, which was ordered and invoiced, is not included in the delivery, or if the wrong Product is delivered, Islamic Bazaar shall either refund the Customer the value of that Product or replace the Product.
    • If any Product, which was not included in the Customer’s order, is delivered to the Customer Islamic Bazaar shall collect the Product from the Customer.
    • If the Customer has been charged for a Product, which has not been delivered, Islamic Bazaar shall refund the Customer the value of the Product as originally charged to the Customer.
    • All replacements of Products shall be effected in the shortest time possible.
    • The returned item must be in their original purchase condition.
    • All packaging of each returned item must remain unopened and not defaced in any manner.
    • Returned items purchased as part of a set or a multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set.
      Items that are labeled as “non-returnable” and/or “non-refundable” will not be accepted in our return and refund policy.
      Beauty products, swimwear, accessories (including jewelry, bags), headscarves (including inners), are non-returnable.
      Sale and markdown items are also non-returnable and non-exchangeable
